HYROX is a global fitness race format that combines running with functional workout stations. Participants complete a 1 km run followed by a functional exercise, repeated 8 times for a total of 8 km running + 8 exercises (like rowing, sled pushes, burpees, wall balls, etc.). It’s designed to test both endurance and strength.
