The 2026 CrossFit Open kicks off on February 27th and runs until March 16th. This three-week competition welcomes all fitness levels and serves as the first stage of the CrossFit Games season

Registration is now open on the CrossFit website. Don’t forget to select CrossFit Tactical as your Affiliate.

This night also marks the official launch of the Post WOD Social Club. Enjoy open workouts and healthy competition for all levels, plus pizza and beers

We're absolutely buzzing about this and all past competitors can vouch just how much fun these nights are. We encourage everyone to get involved if they can.

Bring a friend in to train with you, bring a friend along to the class you usually attend — either way, they’re welcome. And it’s totally free.

In the case of classes, we just ask that you send us a message beforehand so we can make sure we’re working within a suitable capacity.

The best thing is that this launches alongside Friday Night Lights and the Post-WOD Social Club, so it’s a great chance to train, socialise, and show friends first-hand what GEHQ is all about.
